5 Parking City locations are available in Fira and the closest one is next to the mainsquare of Fira (McDonalds) or the taxi/bus station parking lot. All airport or port arrivals must head to Fira town and park either next to the Aressana Hotel and the Cathedral of Fira ((winter time only as access to the pedestrian road is unavailable by the City Hall) to drop off luggage and find a parking spot in one of the five parking locations provided free by the City Hall. Maximum walking distance is between 2 to 4 minutes walking from any of these parking locations.

Should guests use Google maps when driving toward the city center of Fira, between May and October, will realize that the city center is not open for cars during these summer months as City Hall mandates the closure of the city center during the day and until late night during peak season. Use the Metropolis-Cathedral of Fira as the closest point to the Hotel and not the Firostefani/North Fira area to park as this is the longest and most difficult route to the Hotel. During winter it is a lot easier to get through to the main square of Fira where is actually a few seconds away to drop off suitcases and then park at an available spot.
